What does I-DEAS do?

Hi,
I need a software to model reaming process, cutting,rubbing and
bending forces to consider vibration and chattering. Somebody told me
that I-DEAS may help. Does anybody know more about I-DEAS? (e.g.if I
can get vibration analysis or tool oscillation or mode shapes of the
reamer tool from it.)
